The eGrind 3148E series was developed by GDS specifically for the Walter Micro high-performance grinding center, but nowadays it has also found its way on a few more machines. The goal was to offer the highest accuracy and flexibility with and without use of the steadyrest. The eGrind 3148E offers excellent repeatability when changing blanks for optimal grinding results. Our Cofix wrench helps you easily change collets in seconds. And you can achieve µ-level alignment concentricity within a few minutes. eGrind 3148E is the smallest high precision chuck in GDS’ range of quick-clamping technology.
