The STOCK N-X cutting tap is an all-rounder for the production of internal threads with an extremely wide range of application with efficient chip evacuation, long tool life and high dimensional accuracy for the threads produced. An additional design of a tapered thread reduces torque and improves chip evacuation in deeper threads significantly. (The back-taper reduces chip formation on the last threads of the tap and lowers the torque required for reversing the tap).
