STOCK single-fluted indexable gun drills with interchangeable carbide inserts and supporting strips are available as special tools for customers’ specific applications. TBE-WP are suitable for the machining of nearby every material and can be supplied from diameter 12.0 mm to 52.0 mm with a maximum total length up to 3000 mm. This flexible type of gun drill is often used for the machining of camshafts, big crankshafts, drill pipes for oil production on a gun drill machine. Tool change, unnecessary machine downtimes and expensive set ups are eliminated, because the worn components can be replaced fast and easily without removing the tool from inside the machine, therefore significantly boosting productivity.
